ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE

Light Roast • 1500–1900m
Lemon • Dark Cocoa • Berry

Sourced from Ethiopian cooperatives in the Yirgacheffe region where coffee is grown at exceptional elevations. These farms follow Fair Trade and organic cultivation practices, producing coffees known for their floral aromatics and vibrant citrus clarity.

COSTA RICA TARRAZÚ

Light-Medium Roast • 1200–1800m
Apricot • Caramel • Blackberry

Grown in the renowned Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, where rich volcanic soils and high elevations produce coffees of exceptional quality. This washed coffee offers vibrant acidity, balanced sweetness, and a smooth, refined finish that has made Tarrazú one of the world's most respected coffee-growing regions.

GUATEMALA NAHUALÁ

Medium Roast • 1200–1500m
Walnut • Milk Chocolate • Apricot

Grown in the volcanic highlands of Quetzaltenango by producers within the Nahualá cooperative. Mineral-rich soils and cool mountain conditions produce coffees with balanced sweetness and deep chocolate structure.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA ENORGA

Medium-Dark Roast • 1300–1750m
Chocolate • Lemon • Mango

Produced by village growers in the Purosa region of Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands through the Highlands Organic Agriculture Co-op. Farmers follow organic farming practices while cultivating coffee as their primary livelihood, supporting thousands of families within the region.
